The NASPL Lottery Leadership Institute was designed to develop business leaders and to bring out the very best performance in each and every employee! In this seminar we target the key issues in today’s every changing workplace and those that affect our industry. During this event, attendees will have the opportunity to learn strategies and best practices from key leaders from in and around our industry.
Sessions are interactive where you can share and obtain solutions that can be implemented immediately within your organization. Leadership Institute participants will begin by creating their own definition of leadership. In addition, attendees spend 10-12 hours of the week working in groups on a Strategic Planning Project. This program will reinforce an individual’s leadership development through specifically designed exercises and activities that support the leadership practice principles, concepts, and ideas. |
