Jeffrey R. Anderson, Director

Jeff Anderson was appointed Director of the Idaho State Lottery by Governor C.L. “Butch” Otter on January 9, 2007.  Jeff comes to the Lottery after 26 years in television broadcasting. He served in a variety of executive board-level posts for the Idaho State Broadcasters Association, including legislative liaison representing the industry’s interests to Congress and the Idaho legislature.  Mr. Anderson also served on various boards and foundations including the Southwest Idaho Workforce Investment Board, Idaho Congressional Award Committee, Bishop Kelly Foundation, Drug Free Idaho, United Way, and the Ada Sheriff Youth Foundation, among others. Mr. Anderson currently serves as NASPL Second Vice President. He has a Bachelor of Science, Business Administration-California State University, Chico with a double major-Business/Communications.
